Responsibility:
Design, test, and optimize prompts to produce high-quality output aligned with project goals, and improved performance of GenAI models.
Collaborate with marketing teams to understand creative needs and tailor AI workflows accordingly.
Analyze AI outputs to identify trends, improve quality, and ensure consistency across multiple languages and formats.
Develop prompt libraries, templates, and best practices for efficient and scalable content production.
Stay updated on generative AI advancements to implement cutting-edge techniques.
Excellent communication skills with experience in training and mentoring cross-functional teams.
Q2 responsibilities include onboarding of their successor to be located in India
Experience:
3+ years of experience working with generative AI tools, natural language processing, or content creation.
Expert understanding of AI prompting techniques, model behaviors, and optimization strategies.
Experience in marketing content creation or localization workflows is highly preferred.
Proficiency with AI tools and platforms (e.g., Midjourney, OpenAI, ChatGPT, etc.).
Analytical skills to evaluate AI performance and improve output quality.
Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python) and APIs is a plus.
