• Manage truck dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Experience of DAT Load board to search and book of loads
• Effective Email communication with clients and Brokers.
• Rate negotiation skills required.
• Coordinate with carriers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues and optimize routes.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in transportation planning and execution.
• Develop reports on transportation metrics and provide insights for process optimization.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, logistics) to improve overall supply chain efficiency.
