Job Description
This role is offering an exceptional opportunity to work within a progressive organisation with a team of dedicated professionals. The Fields Operations Manager is responsible for the delivery of high quality customer service as it pertains to commissioning of machines, Preventative and breakdown maintenance of MOW equipment, operations and maintenance of MOW equipment and support the Aftermarket Services business growth.
- Leadership and performance of Service team and the Operations and Maintenance (OM) teams.
- Execution of OM and Service Contracts in a safe manner and profitably.
- Negotiating, finalizing and managing 3rd party contractor/contracts as it pertains to Operations and Maintenance.
- In conjunction with management ensuring the establish the Operations and Maintenance organization, recruitment, and development of personnel in the organization.
- Management of budget, PL, and cash flows for the Service/OM organization in line with forecasts.
- On-time commissioning of Machines.
- Performance on Annual Maintenance Contracts and Overhaul Projects.
- Provide active, timely, and strong support the Business Development efforts for Services and OM contracts.
- Customer interfacing / management / troubleshooting as it pertains to field projects.
- Minimum 20 years experience in MOW related Service Engineering/ Field Operations.
- Five (5) years experience managing Service or O&M teams or demonstrated experience working in heavy
