Role & responsibilities

• Ensure direct customer contact point is available at dealership
• Monitor Overall performance of Branch & Location.
• Effective utilization of CRE Team to bring more business volume.
• Nil PSF & HMSI complaints (All locations)
• Make Service due Reminder Calls,
• Supporting business by making regular lost customer calls
• Develop effective communication skill among the service advisors (Front office)
• Service Quality improvement.
• Customer satisfaction improvement.
