We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer proficient in Java and React to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing scalable web applications, integrating front-end and back-end systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Java for the back-end and React for the front-end.

- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices in software development.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of both front-end and back-end components.

- Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and frameworks in full-stack development.

Technical Skills :

- Front-End Development : Proficiency in React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI/UX design principles.

- Back-End Development : Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), Hibernate/JPA, and RESTful APIs.

- Database Management : Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

- Version Control : Hands-on experience with Git and Git workflows.

- Build Tools : Familiarity with tools like Maven, Gradle, or Webpack.

- Cloud & DevOps : Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g, AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Testing : Proficient in unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) and front-end testing libraries (Jest, Enzyme).

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
