Senior Software Engineer- Angular

Key Responsibilities:

Angular Development: Design, develop, and maintain dynamic, responsive, and high-performance web applications using Angular 16+.

Component Architecture: Architect and implement reusable UI components and modules to ensure consistency and scalability across the application.

Front-End Optimization: Ensure optimal performance of web applications by identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and back-end engineers to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.

Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices in web development. Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure high standards of quality.

Testing & Debugging: Use testing frameworks like Jasmine and Karma to ensure code quality and maintainable applications. Perform debugging and troubleshooting to identify and fix issues.

Version Control: Manage source code using Git and ensure proper branching, merging, and versioning.

Agile Development: Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to the delivery of high-quality software within the defined timelines.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them grow their skills and adhere to best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 4-6 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on Angular 16+ and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

Technical Skills:

Expert in Angular 16+, with hands-on experience in developing modular and scalable applications.

Strong knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

Proficiency in RxJS and managing state using NgRx or other state management libraries.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating them with Angular applications.

Experience with Webpack and other build tools for optimizing application performance.

Understanding of unit testing and end-to-end testing with tools like Jasmine, Karma, and Protractor.

Experience with Version Control (Git) and best practices in code management.

Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile development environments (Scrum or Kanban).

Problem-Solving: Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills with the ability to optimize applications for better performance.

UI/UX Design: Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers to create pixel-perfect, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a collaborative, cross-functional team.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

Experience with Angular Material and other Angular component libraries.

Familiarity with Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) or Server-Side Rendering (SSR) using Angular Universal.

Experience with CI/CD tools and workflows for continuous integration and deployment.

Knowledge of Web Accessibility (WCAG) standards and best practices.

Exposure to back-end technologies like .Net
