Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for available positions.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and actively market them to clients to secure project placements.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions of contracts with both candidates and clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Coordinate with account managers and delivery teams to facilitate the placement process and ensure client satisfaction.
Provide regular updates to candidates regarding the status of their submissions and interviews.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
Track and report on key performance metrics, including candidate submissions, placements, and revenue generation.
Preferred candidate profile
3-6 Years of experience in US Bench Sales or related role in US IT Staffing. And strong knowledge of bench sales process, including marketing bench consultants and negotiating with clients.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sr Bench Sales Recruiter, with a track record of success in placing candidates.
Strong understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and market trends within the staffing industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Effective negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
