Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and build relationships with IT consultants who are on the bench and actively looking for new opportunities.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for available positions.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and actively market them to clients to secure project placements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions of contracts with both candidates and clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Coordinate with account managers and delivery teams to facilitate the placement process and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates to candidates regarding the status of their submissions and interviews.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including candidate submissions, placements, and revenue generation.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3-6 Years of experience in US Bench Sales or related role in US IT Staffing. And strong knowledge of bench sales process, including marketing bench consultants and negotiating with clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sr Bench Sales Recruiter, with a track record of success in placing candidates.
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and market trends within the staffing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Effective negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and embrace continuous learning and development.
