Android App Developer (Kotlin/Flutter)

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications that provide excellent user experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Either Android Native Development with Kotlin:
• Build and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin following Clean Architecture principles.
• Implement the MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel) pattern, UseCases, Repositories, and other clean architecture components to create modular and scalable apps.
• Work with Android-specific frameworks like Jetpack, Room, LiveData, and ViewModel to build high-quality, maintainable apps.
• Use Coroutines for asynchronous operations and Retrofit for network calls to handle background tasks efficiently.
• Design and implement UI using Android Views, ConstraintLayout, and custom views, ensuring UI consistency and responsiveness.
• OR Cross-Platform App Development with Flutter:
• Develop cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter and Dart, adhering to Clean Architecture for scalable and maintainable code.
• Implement Flutters widget-based structure and manage state with BLoC, Provider, or other state management solutions to ensure smooth data flow and separation of concerns.
• Integrate Flutter plugins for backend communication, databases, and third-party services.
• Ensure app performance and compatibility across iOS and Android platforms, with a focus on clean, reusable code.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs, manage data flow, and optimize network operations.
• Maintain and enhance application architecture using Clean Architecture principles to ensure code scalability and ease of testing.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and debug issues to improve application performance and stability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Android, Kotlin, and Flutter trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in Android app development.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Flutter for building mobile applications:
• For Kotlin: Experience with Clean Architecture, MVVM, Coroutines, Retrofit, Room, and Jetpack libraries.
• For Flutter: Strong experience in Flutter and Dart, with knowledge of Clean Architecture and state management techniques such as BLoC or Provider.
• Solid understanding of Android SDK and Flutter framework.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and best practices for building responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Experience with unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization for mobile applications.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with both Kotlin and Flutter, and the ability to work across both native and cross-platform Android development.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose for declarative UI development in Kotlin.
• Familiarity with Firebase or other cloud services for backend integration.
• Exposure to App Store and Google Play Store deployment and submission processes.
• Knowledge of mobile app analytics, push notifications, and in-app purchases.
