Manager - Application Development (SAP-WMS-MES) - IT Department

Job Description

1. Providing day to day operations support for SAP-WMS-MES. Should have working knowledge of all Key SAP Modules (MM/PP/SD/FICO).

2. To Provide as well as arrange regular trainings for End users on Key business systems SAP, WMS & MES & other New Systems being implemented as per organization requirement.

3. Lead New Application Development & implementation as per Business requirement. (This includes Requirement definition along with business users, Sourcing & discussions/Negotiations/Coordination with Implementation partners including Haier development Teams including HQ & HO Teams till systems Go Live & providing post Go Live Support.

4. To lead in planning & Analyzing organizational needs, pinpoint primary objectives or challenges, and recommend SAP/WMS/MES improvements/upgrades & New Applications for Business problem solving as per regular business requirements.

5. Liaison & Coordinate with various In-house Teams & external partners for timely resolution of Systems related issues.

6. Analysis of the existing system and suggesting new scenarios and customizing changes as per company requirements.

7. Lead & guide Applications Support Team for performing their day to day operations & Issue resolutions.

8. Timely publishing of Systems MIS.

9. Participate & play active key role in formulating & achieving IT Department Monthly/Quarterly/Biannual & Annual Goals/Objectives.
