Job Description:

Hach Technologies is seeking experienced and motivated US IT Bench Sales Recruiters and Team Leaders to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of genuine experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruitment and Admin Process. This is a full-time position with the flexibility of working from home according to USA timings.

Responsibilities:

• For US IT Bench Sales Recruiters:
• Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for US IT bench sales positions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and candidates.
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients and candidates.
• Manage the administrative process related to bench sales recruitment.
• Monitor candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
• For Team Leaders:
• Lead and mentor a team of US IT Bench Sales Recruiters
• Set goals, provide training, and monitor performance.
• Ensure team targets are met and maintain team morale
• Collaborate with senior management to develop recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

• Genuine 2 year of experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruitment and Admin Process.
• Strong leadership and communication skills (for Team Leader role)
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Familiarity with job portals, recruiting tools, and USA timings.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
