Job Description
Set up teams based on capabilities.
Initiate Authorization with payors for inpatient and outpatient services.
Categorize accounts based on website, portal and calling requirements.
Make sure the TAT is followed for both NOA and Authorization.
Updating EMR and sharing details with the concerned department for prompt service.
Initiating audit parameters based on the workflow and setting up sampling percentage.

Lot of politics and high level designated person behaves like child taking things very personally and screwing the career of a person because they are very close to VP. This is very bad the way they behave being in a such respectful designation.
