Job Description:

Roles Responsibilities:
- Ticket resolution, integration management and maintaining/ updating CWR profile within Fieldglass
- Action on Tickets resolution for CWR profile update e.g. Termination, extension, revision etc.
- Providing direct solution to the manager/ stakeholder via email
- Running audit reports
- Capturing and resolving CWR Integrations file
- Quality: Drive talent quality through contingent worker fulfillment
- Speed: Implement process efficiencies through standardization, tools and automation
- Cost: Drive supplier performance and optimization
- Compliance: Align processes to GXO requirements
Qualification, Experience Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in relevant field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain and logistics or related industry
- Strong project and time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- HRIS/Fieldglass and time management experience
