Job Description
Job Location: Corporate Office
Roles Responsibilities: ?
- Handling customer Technical queries and providing solution within SLA. ? New products/software features testing and creating test setups as per requirement. ?
- GX India products and features demonstration to customers. ?
- Preparing technical documents, network diagrams, method of procedures. ?
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. ?
- Candidate should have a minimum experience of 2-3 years in networking domain, network and GPON issues troubleshooting, customer handling and technical support. ?
- Good understanding of GPON Terminology.
- Hands-on experience on GPON OLT/ONT configuration, Cisco switches and router. ?
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN, PPPOE, DHCP, STP, RSTP, MSTP, OSPF, MPLS, P2P, Packet analysis, network testing tool. ?
- CCNA and CCNP would be preferable. ?
- Individual Contributor Self Starter. ?
- Proficient in creating project plans and tracking them to deliver results on time. ?
- Proficient in verbal communication skill for presentation to large audience.
Qualification: MCA/B.Tech (IT, Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering)
