Job Description
GWC Data.ai is looking for a Snowflake Data Engineer with strong SQL and Python skills, and experience in at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Snowflake and be responsible for building and optimizing data pipelines and architectures.
- Create and maintain scalable data pipelines on Snowflake.
- Develop efficient data models and optimize Snowflake performance.
- Proficient in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries and use Python for data processing and automation.
- Hands on experience with Snowflake cloud integration to ensure seamless data flow.
- Experience with performance tuning, query optimizing and data access within Snowflake.
- Collaborate with data teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Strong experience with Snowflake data warehousing. Relevant experience in Snowflake should be atleast more than 2 years.
- Advanced SQL skills for complex queries and optimizations.
- Experience with Python for data-related tasks
- Proficiency in at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes.
- Experience with data tools like Apache Airflow or Talend.
- Snowflake or relevant cloud certifications.
