Ideal Candidate
- Qualification: B.E/Diploma(EEE,ECE,ICE)
- Good communication skills, Negotiation Skills, Telephone etiquette.
- Fluency in English Tamil, Hindi will be an added advantage
- Experience: 2 - 3 years in the Home Automation Domain.
- Proficient in Home Automation protocols (Zigbee, Z-Wave, KNX, DALI)
- Strong project management and team handling capabilities
- Expertise in service ticket management and customer relations
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Hands-on experience with installation and servicing of the following systems: - CCTV systems - Attendance Access Control Systems - Video Door Bells - Digital Door Locks - Entrance Automation - Other electronic security and safety solutions
