Business Head - Furniture Manufacturing Industry

Role & responsibilities

• Create Sales Strategy in conjunction with the management and ensure effective implementation.
• Develop a network of architects, Interior Designers and clients to sell company products & services.
• Manage inbound Store Sales at Mahalaxmi Mumbai.
• Driving sales and achieve the targets for the products for Hey Concrete / Marble Panels / Bespoke Carpet / Marble Furniture / All Other Furniture Projects
• Conducting, Scheduling meetings at company outlet and client offices.
• Planning of Monthly/Annual Business and Growth
• Customer Focus.
• Adherence to the process defined and bring desired outcomes.
• Ensure customer experience (pre-post sales) to the delight level.
• End of the day reporting & assessment with the management.
• Sales Process Execution
• Addressing Customer Queries
• Ensuring Smooth Delivery Process & project execution.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates available to join early would be preferred.
• Candidate must have relevant experience of at least 2 years at Managerial / Assistant Manager level.
• Candidates already working at Mumbai would be given preference.
• Should be passionate for sales.
• Able to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve target.
• Should be able to analyze market trends.
• Team Management & coordination.
