Recruiter ( Immediate Joiner )

Role & responsibilities :

• Identify suitable candidates at Job Portals.
• Screen the fitment of the candidates as per the Job Description and Job Specifications.
• Align the potential candidates for the personal interview.
• Should have experience of Non IT recruitment.
• Must be able to work and deliver under stiff timelines.
• Should have experience of sourcing good number of suitable candidates on daily basis.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Candidates available for immediate / early joining would be preferred.
• Should have good communication & problem solving skills.
• A go getter aptitude.
• Prior experience as a recruiter with the Placement Agency / HR Consultancy would be given preference.
