Liaisoning Draughtsman

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Create and revise plans, layouts, and working drawings for liasoning purposes in compliance with local municipal and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure all drawings are accurate and aligned with project specifications.
• Handle building approval processes by preparing drawings and documentation as per local authority norms (e.g., BMC, MHADA, etc.).
• Maintain proper records of all drawings and documentation required for submissions and approvals.
• Liaise with government departments, consultants, and legal teams to expedite approval processes.
• Stay updated with relevant bylaws, codes, and standards impacting the design and approval processes.
• Provide technical assistance in site execution by ensuring the plans are accurately implemented.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• In-depth knowledge of liasoning requirements and approval processes in [specific region, e.g., Mumbai].
• Strong understanding of building bylaws, DCR (Development Control Regulations), and related legal norms.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
