About the role:

Strategically develop the market in the western region, including Goa, Gujarat, and Maharashtra and would be responsible for Business development and achieving target in the western region


Job Responsibilities

  1. Sales and Revenue Growth
  • Achieve sales and service revenue targets by acquiring new accounts and maintaining few key accounts across various market segments.
  • Drive consistent business performance by focusing on account retention and expansion.

2. Market Development and Specification

  • Collaborate with consultants, architects, and project management consultants (PMCs) to specify Gunnebo products in projects.
  • Strategically develop the market in the western region, including Goa, Gujarat, and Maharashtra.

3. Pipeline Management

  • Build, qualify, and close a robust pipeline of new business opportunities and existing accounts to meet sales objectives.

4. Key Account Management

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with major key clients to enhance market awareness of GEC solutions.
  • Collaborate with architects, security consultants, and system integrators to expand the brands reach in the western region.

5. Client Issue Resolution

  • Address client issues and complaints by coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

6. Market Intelligence

  • Provide business intelligence through timely market and competitor analysis, enabling strategic decision-making.

7. Forecasting and CRM Management

  • Deliver accurate sales forecasting and maintain CRM systems to ensure data integrity and adherence.

8. Accounts Receivable Management

  • Ensure timely collection of receivables from assigned accounts, maintaining financial discipline.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in the security or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics in the western region (Goa, Gujarat, Maharashtra).
  • Ability to develop strategic relationships with consultants, architects, PMCs, and other key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and business forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Btech in Electrical or mechanical
