Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new products in Machining Area, including APQP (Advanced Product Quality
  Planning) as per customer Requirement.
• Knowledge of CNC, VNC & lathe Machining set up and Jigs & Fixture Designing & CNC
  Programming.
• Understand and prepare PPAP documents and SOP as per customer requirement.
• Knowledge of Machining/Tools/Gauges & Instruments of Components as per Drawing for
  Vendor Development.
• Expertise in drawing reading, layout inspection related Report & Cycle time Calculation.

• Knowledge of CNC, VNC & lathe Machine Programing.
• Communication & Analytical Skill.
• Vendor Development.
• Excellent in problem solving Skils with attention to details.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of Designing Software ( Solid works).
