Shift Incharge

Reports to

Production Head

Job purpose

To handle all the activities , man power and process parameters in a shift.

Duties and responsibilities

• In charge of process implementation and optimization at workshop or at plant level
• Planning for the Shift.

• Man Power Deployment.

• Responsible for Process performance measurement and improvement

• To work with cross functional team of engineers and operators. drive various programs for process performance improvement.
• Coach and mentor the members of team to increase productivity and systematically review performance

• Trouble shooting in case of Breakdown.

• Train the team on manufacturing process, technology and standard operating procedures

• Production Quality and Quantity Confirmation.

• Coordination and Communication with Department members.

• Good Interpersonal Skills

• Minimization of machine down time / breakdown by resource allocation.

• Leadership – Ability to deal with plant people & good in teamwork

• Observing Core Competency and Healthy Employee relations.
• Functional – Must believe in Problem solving techniques.
• To prepare mass balance, basic process chemistry, evaporators, Separators Grinding Mills, dryers, process automation etc

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

• Education Bachelors Degree in Chemical /
• Tech Safety , FSSC , ISO
• Professional Certification FSSC , ISO
• Experience 4- 8 years Leadership & Interpersonal skills
