• Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment
• Maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment
• Managing the end-to-end life cycle to produce software and application.
• Overseeing and guiding the analysing, writing, building, and deployment of software
• Overseeing the automated testing and providing feedback to management during the development process
• Modifying and testing changes to previously developed programs

Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Spring Boot, Kafka and microservices.
• Proficiency in Java v17, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and building RESTful web services.
• Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, and build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Experience with Java 8 and reactive programming .
• Knowledge of non-relational databases, such as MongoDB.
• Involvement in cloud-based projects using AWS or GCP, along with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Competence in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Gitlab.
• Ability to analyze, design, develop, integrate, and troubleshoot software applications.
• Experience with version control systems like Git, and project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Agile methodology practice and an attitude geared towards taking responsibility and delivering on time.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with eCommerce or retail customers is a plus.
