Role: Data Platform Specialist (OSDU)

Experience: 3+ Yrs

Work Location: GSPANN FTEs to be deputed to work in Abu Dhabi

Role & responsibilities

Ideal Profile:

A candidate with 3+ years of experience in data platform management, with direct experience in implementing and managing the OSDU platform, who is proficient in cloud services and data integration.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of data platform architectures, cloud services, and integration techniques
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and APIs
• Knowledge of oil & gas data management challenges and standards
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage the OSDU platform and ensure seamless data integration across systems
• Implement data architecture solutions to support business operations
• Collaborate with teams to address data management challenges in oil & gas
• Ensure effective use of cloud services for data storage and processing
• Maintain and update platform documentation and processes

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Geosciences, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data platform management, with a focus on the OSDU platform
• Proficiency in cloud services, programming, and APIs
• Strong communication and project management skills
