Role & responsibilities

Ideal Profile:

A candidate with 9+ years of experience in petroleum development and database management, including experience in designing upstream data architectures and supporting business processes with scalable data solutions.

Skills:

• Expertise in Upstream Data Architecture and IM Digital Transformation
• Knowledge of scalable data platforms and large-scale processing systems
• Familiarity with integrating data across multiple databases/applications
• Strong technical presentation and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of Upstream Data Architecture and digital transformation frameworks
• Manage the Upstream Data Hub and integrate data from various sources
• Develop scalable data platforms to support advanced analytics
• Provide architecture for AI capabilities to enhance knowledge extraction from technical data
• Collaborate with teams to align data strategies with business goals

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Geology, Geophysics, Computer Science, or Data Management
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in petroleum development and data management
• Experience in database modeling and scalable data solutions
• Strong leadership and presentation skills
