Job Title: Network Engineer

Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Gurgaon

Role & responsibilities

• Hands on experience of managing, configuring and troubleshooting (Including Remote) L2/L3 switches, ACL management and QoS policy, Firmware Upgradation.
• Configuration, management and troubleshooting experience of SD-WAN Gateways, Firewalls and Load Balancer with good hands on of Palo Alto Panorama.
• Experience and Knowledge in managing and troubleshooting DHCP and DNS.
• Configuration and Updating Aruba Central, Airwave, ClearPass
• Knowledge and experience of managing, configuring and troubleshooting Wireless infrastructure including WAPs, controllers etc.
• Experience in Cisco CUCM (Having certification will be an added advantage) including experience of managing and configuring VoIP phones
• Hands on experience in SolarWinds, NPM, NCM, NTA and NAM to monitor, automate and manage Network Operations
• Knowledge of Asset Management, Change Management, Incident Management as per ITIL
• Field Dispatch Coordination and transition management
• Monitoring: ISP, Network, Infrastructure, Incident Logging, Resolution, Issue Triage, escalation and resolution.
• Live experience of Vulnerability and Patch Management
• Backup configuration, maintenance and management
• Experience in defining, and maintaining operational documentation
Having CCNA, PCNSE, Aruba ACSP/ACCP is preferred.
