Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with a passion for sales and customer service. This role is ideal for candidates with up to 3 years of experience or fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in sales. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities. Reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to promote our products/services.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs or concerns.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the company's products/services to effectively present them to customers and meet their requirements.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track sales performance and report progress to the sales manager.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify new market trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings to stay ahead in the market.
  • Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations for clients to showcase the benefits and features of the product/service.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate pricing and terms with clients, close deals effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress toward targets. Report sales performance and customer feedback to management.
  • Collaboration with Team: Work with other sales team members and departments to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Fresher to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service. Previous experience in sales is a plus.
  • Education: Any Graduate (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Persuasion & Negotiation Skills: Strong persuasion skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
  • Customer Focused: A customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and work towards common sales goals.
  • Goal-Oriented: Motivated by achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, and sales-related tools is a plus.
