Manager - Transformation

Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Business & Financial Annual Planning - to work as a conduit between different business teams across the value chain for detailed short and long-term plans.

- Review and analysis of the financials to represent the key trends and highlights to the MD.

- Monitor volumes for the categories, products, regions, and channels to ensure the target achievement as per the strategic plans.

- Participate in the monthly steering meetings and ensure timely accomplishment of the deliverables.

- Conceptualize and drive the creation of business report formats and dashboards for the leadership.

- Create streamlined communication and critical business updates in the form of board meeting presentations, shareholder review documents, data sets etc.

- Responsible for red-flagging potential risks and hindrances to organizational goals, objectives, and strategic initiatives.

- Follow the Balanced Scorecard approach to drill down to departmental KPIs and targets.

- Work with all departments for various company policy-related, process improvement and cost control projects.
