Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with specialized experience in Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, and Billing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing Salesforce solutions that enhance our sales, service, and billing processes. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex Salesforce solutions tailored to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

CPQ Development: Customize and enhance Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) applications, including product configuration, pricing rules, quote templates, and approval processes.
Service Cloud Development: Implement and customize Salesforce Service Cloud to optimize customer service operations, including case management, service processes, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Billing Implementation: Develop and integrate Salesforce Billing solutions, ensuring seamless end-to-end billing processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and revenue recognition.
System Integration: Integrate Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, and Billing with other internal and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and custom integrations.
Customization: Design and implement custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and other Salesforce platform features to meet specific business requirements.
Data Management: Ensure data integrity across Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, Billing, and connected systems. Handle data migrations and implement data quality controls.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure the stability and performance of Salesforce customizations and integrations.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and user guides.
Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on Salesforce platform updates, CPQ, Service Cloud, and Billing best practices. Recommend enhancements to existing systems and processes.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with specific experience in CPQ, Service Cloud, and Billing.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce development tools.
Extensive experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration, Service Cloud customization, and Billing implementation.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Familiarity with Salesforce data models and architecture, particularly in CPQ, Service Cloaud, and Billing.
Certifications: Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, and Billing functionalities.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
Excellent knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities, particularly in relation to sales, service, and billing operations.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non- technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with Salesforce Communities, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies is a plus.
Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git.
