Growth99 - Project Manager - IT Infrastructure (7-10 yrs)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Infrastructure Project Manager to lead IT infrastructure projects with a focus on Ubuntu-based servers and LiteSpeed technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex IT environments, overseeing WordPress hosting solutions, and ensuring alignment between technical teams and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management :

- Plan, facilitate, and manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Technical Oversight :

- Oversee the deployment and management of WordPress hosting solutions on LiteSpeed servers.

- Plan and implement scalable server architectures to support organizational growth.

Team Collaboration :

- Act as the central point of communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

- Streamline workflows and improve server utilization through team collaboration and optimization.

Performance and Optimization :

- Facilitate the optimization of WordPress hosting environments for enhanced performance and security.

- Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure challenges.

Stakeholder Engagement :

- Communicate project progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders and leadership.

- Align technical operations with business objectives to ensure organizational success.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- Proven experience managing projects involving Ubuntu servers and LiteSpeed technologies.

- Strong understanding of Linux environments, particularly Ubuntu, and web server solutions like LiteSpeed.

- Familiarity with WordPress hosting architecture and performance optimization techniques.

Project Management Skills :

- Demonstrated ability to lead complex infrastructure projects effectively.

- Exceptional problem-solving, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
