Lead - Financial Planning & Analysis - IT Services Firm (10-15 yrs)

Role: FP&A Lead - (Mid Sized IT Services Firm)

Location: Bangalore

We are currently retained by a global mid sized IT Services firm to hire a seasoned FP&A lead for them.

As a Financial Planning & Analysis lead you will be responsible to lead the FP&A function and provide strategic financial direction to enhance business performance. The role involves overseeing budgeting forecasting, financial modelling, and provide support the company's strategic initiatives.

Please note: To be considered for this role you must have led Corporate FP&A function for a mid size IT Services firm. This role needs a hands-on person who thrives in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead annual budgets plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

- Analyse historic financial data and provide strategic solutions based on Financial analysis and forecasts.

- Prepare and present financial reports and financial dashboards.

- Conduct ROI analysis, recommend project prioritization, and resource allocation.

- Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, business cases, and decision making.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.

- Work closely with cross functional leadership teams and stakeholders.

- Manage and mentor financial analysts' team.

To fit the bill, You must have:

- CA/MBA in Finance with 10+ years of experience in FP&A with IT Services industry.

- Proven experience in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Strong proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced excel skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication and presentation skills.
