We are seeking a Senior Architect (Procurement) with extensive experience in designing and leading architectural solutions in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) domain. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on proficiency in Java and Spring Boot to guide architectural development, lead scrum meetings, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of architects and engineers, setting a high standard for architectural design and technical excellence.

- Take ownership of specific project components, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and architecture.

- Provide technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and domain-specific solutions for the CPG sector.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to design and implement procurement solutions that drive efficiency and scalability.

- Drive and manage scrum meetings to ensure agile development practices are adhered to.

- Liaise with team members, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain alignment on project goals and timelines.

- Coordinate the work of contractors and external specialists involved in the project.

- Prepare and present architectural design proposals to clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements. Advise clients on project feasibility, technical solutions, and best practices.

- Negotiate with contractors and other professionals to ensure optimal project outcomes.

- Contribute to multiple projects as required, offering architectural guidance and technical solutions.

- Attend regular meetings with clients, contractors, and project teams to provide updates and resolve challenges.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.

- Ensure adherence to organizational and industry standards, including data security, compliance, and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architect, with a proven track record in the CPG domain.

- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for developing scalable, efficient applications.

- Experience with procurement systems or relevant enterprise solutions.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of architects and engineers.

- Strong experience driving and managing scrum meetings in an Agile environment.

- Proven ability to navigate complex organizational environments and resolve challenges effectively.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Ability to communicate complex ideas and technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical skills and a creative mindset to develop innovative solutions.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.

- Construction experience and technical detailing knowledge.
