A School Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the following;

• Enrollment management process, which includes setting goals, ensuring collaboration, and meeting enrollment targets.
• Publication Sales among Pre Schools & allied Institutions
• Coloration & Tie-ups with Educational Institutions for Business Growth

The Work

• To Arrange orientation programs, and educational workshops for prospective school and their students.
• To Inform, counsel, and advise students/Parents about the courses and programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility criteria, and fee structure.
• To Plan & Lead the Team for ATL/BTL activity
• Ensuring to reach monthly/Fortnightly/Weekly Targets with Number of admissions & Cash Flows
• To Support the operation Team for day to day operations and General Management
• Meeting various School Heads & Owners to present the various educational products & services and ensuring to onboard them for Business development.

• Dynamic Graduate / Post Graduate (Male/Female) with High level energy may apply

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; established good links with students, parents and staff

• A good academic record
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Experience of working in a customer focused environment
• Significant experience of working in an administrative environment
• Understanding of the principles and practices of recruitment and admissions
• Good computer literacy with good facility in using Microsoft Word, Excel and database programmes
