1. Sourcing and selection of suppliers/service providers (both IT & non-IT), contract

negotiation/renewal/management/governance; vendor performance and relationship

management.

2. Project Management (PMO, VMO, FMO and BMO) activities to be taken care with due

diligence as per the process.

3. Enforce Outsourcing Governance Framework/policies in outsourcing activities and measure

with the best and optimum industry service level and standard.

4. Manage Procurement/Payment/Invoice Transaction services to ensure compliance to process

and control guidelines.

5. Plan and manage daily Services Management activities to keep track and devise a good

productivity, cost effectiveness and quality service to external & internal customers.

6. Maintain excellent working and professional relationship with existing and potential suppliers

or service providers for the best prices and market information.

7. Invoice approval, budgetary control and management reporting

Preferred candidate profile

1. To enforce governance frameworks and policies for Sourcing and Outsourcing activities in the Bank. To enforce governance framework in Project Management (PMO, VMO, FMO and

BMO). To manage Travel, Corporate Card and VISA requests)

2. To ensure excellent value for money in the supply of goods and services and minimizing

the Groups exposure to supply risks. To ensure value in Project management services

provided.

3. To build and align outsourcing relationships with service providers in accordance to the

policies and business goals of the Bank, and to ensure that the objectives of the outsourcing

initiatives are met along with project management.

4. To ensure that accuracy, timelines and integrity of all procurement and corporate services

transactions are maintained at bank standards. Similar process for project management

activities.

5. To foster relationships with and partner with Technology Units and other support units on

business specific sourcing requirements. Similar process for project management

activities.

6. To have Zero Ethical violations in all areas.

1 Project management

• Master database updation (HC tracking, 2 year completion)
• Beeline cleanup for Master database
• Onboarding (Perm conversions and CWF) - SOW, HC & PO request
• Offboarding (CWF)  - Email, IT confirmation & updating Master Data base
• HR Business activities
• RCSA Sampling and other risk activities
• Procurement of goods and services
• Staff Bonding Budget and WetQ tracking

2 Vendor Management

• Invoice management and MIS
• Vendor Governance/dashboards and vendor details

3 Financial Management

• Billing towards Head office
• Accruals to Finance
• SA burndown and Head count budgeting

4 Business Management

• Employee Engagement and Annual/townhall events
• Visitor management and external events
• Learning portal Licence Certification Management
