A bit about us
GroundTruth is a media platform that drives in-store visits and other real business results. Using observed real-world consumer behavior, including location and purchase data, we create targeted advertising campaigns across all screens for advertisers. We then measure how consumers respond to the campaigns, including if they physically show up to a store location or website, to understand the real business results generated by a brand s advertising.

Role: Associate Technical Analyst
Location: Remote, India
Shift Time- 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM
A bit about you
As an Associate Technical Analyst, you will play a critical role in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to GT platform/products and digital advertising campaigns. The Analyst will partner with internal and external stakeholders to help understand and communicate business challenges and solutions across all revenue streams and collaborate with Ad Ops, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
You will:
- Analyze trends to identify discrepancies
- Pull out data points for root cause analysis
- Create dashboards to track analysis
- Triage and respond to requests from internal stakeholders
- Read and maintain reports to proactively flag concerns
- Participate in after-action reviews
- Cultivate organization-wide relationships through listening, understanding challenges, and providing thoughtful solutions

- SQL Intermediate
- Python Basic to Intermediate
- HTML Intermediate
- Intermediate level understanding of statistics
- Looker/Tableau Intermediate
- Understanding of data visualization programs (e.g. Grafana, New Relic)
- Front-end web app debugging
- Expert with Chrome dev tools or similar
- Some programming experience or the ability to read code is a plus

- A great communicator Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to break technical concepts down into everyday language
