PHP Developer (IC role)

We are hiring for ERP Developer (PHP CakePHP with UI/UX Expertise).

Job Location: Mohali, near Chandigarh (on-site opportunity)

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ERP solutions using PHP (CakePHP framework)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for ERP system enhancements and customizations.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and efficient ERP modules and functionalities.
• Optimize ERP system performance and ensure high levels of reliability and data integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERP software and integrations.
• Customize and extend existing ERP modules to meet specific business needs.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
• Collaborate with IT and software development teams to integrate ERP with other systems and applications.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an ERP Developer, with expertise in PHP CakePHP development.
• Solid understanding of ERP concepts and principles.
• Proficiency in MySQL database design, optimization, and query writing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with Bootstrap, Inspinia theme, and other UI frameworks.
• Solid understanding of responsive design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Experience with other web technologies and frameworks is a plus.
