• Qualification: Any Graduation
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Team Leader (International Sales Campaign)
• Salary: 5LPA to 8LPA
• Shift: Night Shift (No Transportation)
• Location: HSR Layout (Bangalore)
• Immediate Joining

Key Skills

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, customer centric.
• It should be good in control the attrition & shrinkage.
• Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
• Strong knowledge of Outbound call dialers, processes, and industry best practices.
• Preparing glide path for the associates to insure they have a target to look forward.
• Monitoring calls to ensure we are delivering expected quality calls to the customers.
• Run monthly goal contests with reward and motivated staff to reach sales goals through contests & bonuses.
• Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
• Should have experience both in sales and customer care projects.
• Conduct performance reviews on a regular basis.
