Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to lead our enterprise customer success strategy. This role involves customer onboarding, building strong relationships with senior leaders, optimizing customer ROI, and ensuring seamless end-to-end customer journeys. You will create scalable playbooks, manage customer feedback, and drive growth within enterprise accounts while leveraging your expertise in sustainability.

What You Will Do

Customer Success Playbooks & Content

- Develop and execute customer success playbooks to drive adoption, value, and ROI.

- Create digital content (guides, videos, webinars) to support users and scale success.

- End-to-End Customer Journey Management

- Own the full customer lifecycle - onboarding, adoption, expansion, and retention.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless experiences and measurable outcomes.

- Serve as the primary point of contact and "face of GreenStitch" for enterprise customers.

Customer Growth & Expansion

- Partner with customers to identify growth opportunities, upsells, and cross-sells.

- Develop strategies to expand accounts within large enterprises, driving long-term value.

- Achieve and exceed customer success metrics. =Metrics & Feedback

Metrics & Feedback

- Define and track key customer success metrics, such as adoption rates, retention, and NPS.

- Manage and triage customer feedback, proactively resolving challenges and driving solutions.

- Advocate for customer needs and provide actionable insights to the product and engineering teams.

Storytelling & Relationship Building

- Share customer success stories, case studies, and use cases to demonstrate ROI and impact.

- Cultivate champion users who drive product adoption across their organizations.

- Training, Demo, and Documentation

- Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations to empower clients with technical knowledge.

- Develop comprehensive documentation to support onboarding and ongoing customer engagement.

Market and Industry Expertise

- Leverage knowledge of the fashion and textiles industry to provide tailored solutions.

- Stay updated on sustainability trends and best practices to guide clients effectively.

- Communicate effectively in both Hindi and English to manage a diverse client portfolio.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

- Experience: 1-3 years in customer success roles, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.

- Education: Bachelor's degree or MBA, preferably with a background in sustainability, environmental science, or related fields.

- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in sustainability, conducting demos, creating documentation, and understanding technical solutions.

- Communication: Fluency in Hindi and English, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret customer data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
