Web and Graphic Designer

Position Overview: We are looking for a talented and versatile Web Designer with expertise in social media management to join our creative team. In this dual-role, you will be responsible for designing visually compelling websites and also managing the companys social media presence. You’ll ensure our websites are user-friendly and on-brand while creating engaging content for our social media platforms that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design website layouts, user interfaces, and interactive elements to create a visually appealing and functional user experience.
• Collaborate with developers to implement design concepts and ensure proper functionality of websites.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web pages and mobile applications.
• Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and goals.
• Maintain and update website content as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues.
• Manage daily operations across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, posts, stories).
• Monitor and respond to follower interactions to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
• Stay informed on the latest social media trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Web Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, Premium Pro or similar.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React JS.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Portfolio showcasing previous web design work.
