We are seeking an experienced Shift Engineer to join our team at Greenjoules Pvt Ltd.
As a Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our chemical plant during your assigned shift.

Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining optimal plant performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing process improvements.

1. Lead and supervise shift operations, including process control, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols
2. Monitor and analyse plant performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement
3. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with other engineers and teams as needed
4. Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and environmental regulations
5. Mentor and train operators and junior engineers
6. Develop and implement process improvements, including projects and initiatives
7. Collaborate with maintenance teams to plan and execute maintenance activities
8. Participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation

Qualifications -

1.Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field
2.Strong knowledge of chemical processes, process control, and equipment operation
3.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
4.Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

5. 5+ years of experience in a chemical plant or similar industrial setting, with at least
6. 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role .
