Job Summary:

As the AI ML Engineer at Green Rider Technology, you will be responsible for driving the technical strategy and innovation across our organization. You will lead the development of AI/ML models, ensure their scalability and reliability in production environments, collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through technology, and design and implement complex workflow systems using multiple agents. We're looking for a seasoned expert with 4+ years of experience in AI/ML, who has also worked on agentic workflows using multiple agents. This person will bring a unique combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen to our team.

Responsibilities:

1) Technical Leadership: Provide technical vision and strategy for the company's AI/ML initiatives, aligning with business objectives.
2) Model Development and Deployment: Design, develop, and deploy multiple AI/ML models using
various frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), fine-tune them to achieve optimal performance, and
ensure scalability on cloud-based platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
3) Open Source Model Integration: Integrate open-source models into our existing architecture, ensuring seamless integration and compatibility.
4) Cloud Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management of cloud infrastructure for AI/ML model deployment, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.
5) Large-Scale Call Handling: Ensure that our AI-powered systems can handle a large volume of calls, providing reliable and accurate responses.
6) Agentic Workflow Design: Design and implement complex workflow systems using multiple agents
(e.g., chatbots, humans), integrating them with existing AI/ML models to create seamless user
experiences.
7) Team Leadership: Lead a team of engineers and data scientists to develop and implement new AI/ML features, provide guidance on best practices, and mentor junior staff members.
8) Innovation and R&D: Foster innovation within the company by exploring new AI/ML techniques, tools, and technologies, staying up-to-date with industry trends and research breakthroughs.

Requirements:

1) 4+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record of designing and deploying successful AI-powered systems.
2) Strong technical background in computer science, mathematics, or related fields.
3) Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes).
4) Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C++.
5) Familiarity with deep learning frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
6) Experience with agentic workflows using multiple agents (e.g., chatbots, humans), designing and
implementing complex workflow systems that integrate AI/ML models.
7) Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional
teams.
8) Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

Nice to Have:

1) Ph.D. or Master's degree in an AI/ML-related field(optional but desirable).
2) Experience with data science platforms (e.g., Databricks, Apache Spark).
3) Knowledge of DevOps practices, such as continuous integration and delivery.
4) Familiarity with natural language processing and computer vision.
