Role & responsibilities

Daily check of the correct application of contractual quotation principles for each WO.

• Feedback to provide for each Supplier.
• Follow up of corrections provided by the Supplier.
• Follow up of old WO still not closed.
• Discussion with BIS and Supplier to identify real ongoing projects and WO to be closed.
• Monthly check of VCO scope shared during contract committees and VCO scope handled by the Supplier

through Reflex

• Correction of VCO scope managed to prepare the gap correction for each Committee.
• Management of scope out for disengaged applications.
• For Phoenix follow up of tickets after scope in request (6/12 months).
• Sharing of counting principles and advise the BIS to reduce tickets.
• Monthly check of KPI calculation
• Preparation with Suppliers and BIS
• Maintain GDPR referential (every 6 months)

Preferred candidate profile

Essential:

• 3-5 Yrs.
• Excellent MS Excel
• Good communication skill
• Jira tool on-hands experience
• Vendor/ Supplier management

Desirable:

● MS Access: good to have.

● PR/PO process: good to have.

● SAP
