Job Description
Role & responsibilities
B-Tech Electronics or Diploma/ ITI-Electronics with 3+ years of experience in Hardware repair and support in IT / Office automation.
Primary responsibility will be to provide service support to corporate customers:
1 .Providing technical support to end customers & sales teams
2. Installation, training and warranty support to end- customers
3. Attending breakdown & preventive maintenance query
4. Visiting customers and resolving hardware issues/query
5. Ensuring high customer satisfaction at all times
Preferred candidate profile
Prior experience in IT-hardware/ Office automation or automation industry. Knowledge of hardware product service.
Candidate should be familiar with region as it will be field job.
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
