Role & responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, API, and mobile applications.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
- Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects with detailed steps to reproduce.
- Enhance and maintain existing automation frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and delivery.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on test automation best practices.
- Mentor junior QA automation engineers and provide guidance on automation strategies and techniques.
- Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in QA automation and apply them to improve testing processes.
