Job Description
- Experience with designing and shipping enterprise software products

- Strong interaction design skills with an ability to design states, transitions and animations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with our offshore team business consultants as well as in-house team of designers, software developers and testers to conceive, develop and present brilliant interactions and elegant experiences.
- Highly professional, organized and self-managing
- Highly motivated with a deep desire to raise the bar of experience design and question the status quo
The Nice-to-Haves:
- Data visualisation skills using D3, Processing etc.
- Front end development skills using HTML, Javascript, CSS, Angular etc.
- Business intelligence/analytics skills
- Ability to manage small teams and projects
Experience/ Qualifications
- Candidates must possess 4+ years of UI and UX experience in designing products .
- The candidate possesses the right blend of interaction design, visual design, and prototyping skills to play a pivotal role in a product design team.
- From brainstorming through implementation, the UX Designer will work with our Business Consultants in Australia as well as with our Design and Engineering team in Bangalore.
- They must have a passion for creating designs that are simple, elegant and useful as well as beautiful, approachable and playful.
- Must also possess a relentless attention to detail and an uncommon eye for aesthetic taste and quality.
- Ability to quickly sketch out solutions on a whiteboard, on paper, on Balsamiq or on paper napkins, if need be.
- Demonstrable mastery of the Adobe Creative Cloud - XD, Illustrator etc. or similar design tools
- Ability to create rapid prototypes on Axure, Protopie, HTML or other prototyping tools
