Job Description:
Gravia Technologies is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive.
The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, preferably within the e-learning industry.
This is a permanent, remote position requiring immediate availability.
Candidates must have their own laptop and reliable internet connection.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through direct outreach, networking, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
Feedback Implementation: Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to implement necessary changes to improve offerings.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any field.
6 months to 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the e-learning sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently.
Requirements:
Own laptop and reliable internet connection.
Immediate availability to join.
