Senior Resident- Obstetrics and Gynecology

Job Summary: We are currently seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Senior Residents in the fields of Obstetrics and Gynaecology to join our esteemed institution. The Senior Residents will play a crucial role in providing clinical and academic support within their respective specialties. They will be responsible for conducting research, providing patient care, and contributing to the educational mission of the institution.

Responsibilities:

1. Engage in scholarly activities, including research projects, literature reviews, and case studies, within the respective specialty area.
2. Participate in journal clubs, academic conferences, and scientific presentations to share knowledge and findings with colleagues.
3. Assist in teaching and training activities for medical students, residents, and fellows, including lectures, seminars, and practical demonstrations.
4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, laboratory technicians, and other healthcare professionals, to optimize patient care and outcomes.
5. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, providing clear explanations of medical conditions, treatment options, and prognosis.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient histories, examination findings, diagnostic test results, and treatment plans.
• Adhere to institutional policies, protocols, and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with ethical, legal, and professional guidelines.

Qualifications:

1. Medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized medical school.
2. Postgraduate qualification (MD) in the respective specialty area.
3. Registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council.
4. Strong clinical skills and knowledge in the diagnosis, management, and treatment of conditions relevant to the specialty.
5. Research experience and publications in peer-reviewed journals.
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
