As a Designer in Marketing Team, you ll have the chance to:
Contribute to developing and maintaining overall brand visual identity. Delivering concepts driven creative through to final execution. Create visual content mainly across digital, with an interest/understanding of the print process Create/edit presentations for internal and external purposes. Adher to MiQ s visual brand guidelines. Assist in sales enablement, trade shows, product campaigns, events, and event spaces. Lead the design and development of sales and other department client pitch decks and update content as needed. Create designs for (but not limited to) email headers; one pagers; newsletters; infographics; blog headers; eBooks. Assist with video editing and production needs, as necessary. Collaborate with the content marketing and copywriting team to create compelling engaging social media content, social images. Design interactive landing pages, and other web content for sales, marketing, and department usage. Plan and strategize campaigns surrounding email and social channels. Create short form video content, including reels, social videos, and gifs. Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from concepts to deliverables.
WHAT YOU LL BRING
At least 4 years of design experience. A portfolio featuring work across various media including descriptions of process. Expert eye for typography, color, and layout. Experience in managing multiple projects in a global operation. Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines. Good project management skills. A portfolio showcasing your design, process, and your proficiency in delivering compelling creative product is a must. Self-starter, able to collaborate with immediate teams and manage expectations. A can do attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm. Strong attention to detail. Expert eye for creative that resonates with and engages digitally native consumers. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Believes in continuous learning and sharing knowledge with peers. A can-do attitude, with a dream to grow alongside us.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Skilled in Adobe Creative suite (Including high proficiency in InDesign), G-suite and PPT. Strong sense of design/typography. Design for digital/social advertising experience.
