Graphic Deigner

Synopsis

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our HR team. The ideal

candidate will play a key role in designing visually appealing and engaging content to enhance

internal communication within the organization. Your designs will help shape our employee

experience and promote our company culture, values, and initiatives.

Day in your life

• Develop innovative and eye-catching designs for internal communication campaigns,

posters, emails, and social media posts on internal platforms.

• Create visual assets for HR events, training sessions, and engagement activities.
• Work closely with the HR team to understand project requirements and deliver designs on

time that align with the companys branding guidelines.

• Translate complex ideas and messaging into visually compelling graphics.
• Gather feedback on designs and make necessary adjustments to improve engagement.
• Prioritize tasks based on project importance and collaborate with stakeholders to adjust
• timelines when necessary.

Skills In Spotlight

• Educational Background:
• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related fiel
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canv
• etc.).
• Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plu

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in corporate or internal communication
• roles.
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Creative Skills:

• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute designs

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
