Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create engaging graphics for digital platforms.
- Design marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and banners.
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visual content with branding strategies.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs and media.
- Utilize animation techniques to enhance video presentations.
- Develop and manage design projects from conception to execution.
- Conduct research on industry trends and incorporate them into design work.
- Review draft designs and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Create visually appealing social media posts that drive engagement.
- Work on video scripting and storyboarding to improve clarity and impact.
- Continuously improve design quality and efficiency by seeking feedback.
- Organize and maintain graphic and video assets for easy access.
- Assist in developing creative concepts for campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated with new design techniques and tools to enhance productivity.
- Present design ideas and projects to stakeholders and clients effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of best practices in print and digital design.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with web design principles and SEO strategies.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Problem-solving skills and a constructive approach to feedback.
- Experience in collaborating with marketing teams is preferred.
