Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

Working across a national client base, some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Creation and execution of innovative concepts for pitch documents and client presentations (design, layout, digital and print execution)
• Analyse and convert data and information into strong visual solutions for client deliverable's
• Collaborate with the Engineering & Design experts to integrate copy with visual concepts and negotiate layout-driven revisions, as necessary
• Create and manage relationships with market leading suppliers (printers, material providers etc.)
• Create compelling and relevant Engineering & Design marketing collateral for marketing campaigns (brochures, digital assets, landing pages, signage,)
• Create compelling team marketing assets (video, digital assets, EDM design, event material, capability material etc.)

Preferred candidate profile

Ideally you will have at least 3+ years Graphic Design experience within the real estate industry. However, experts who have worked within related marketing-based industries / creative agencies are welcome to apply. In addition to that you will bring:

• Strong conceptual design skills
• Ability to work within corporate brand guidelines but also develop bespoke branding for office assets
• High literacy with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Any additional skills in After effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, Audition or Animate will
  be highly regarded
• Knowledge of best practice printing and packaging techniques
• Exceptional organisational skills and an ability to deal with several projects concurrently while successfully working to deadlines
• Flexible, resourceful and proactive approach with the ability to produce results with minimal guidance
• Strong conceptual and design skills, with the ability to offer creative input to design solutions
• Commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
